Smooth order, good tracking
I placed an order for the new Stray Kids 'ROCK-STAR' album and a lightstick. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I got an email confirmation right away and then another with tracking information a couple of days later. Shipping took about 8 days to get to my address in Florida, which was pretty standard for international. Everything arrived well-packaged, no dents or damage to the album cover which I appreciated. The lightstick worked perfectly right out of the box. I didn't need to contact support, so I can't speak to that, but the overall experience was positive.
Decent store, some small issues
I ordered the TXT 'The Name Chapter: FREEFALL' album along with some photocards. The album arrived in good shape, and the photocards were exactly as described. I like that they clearly state if an item has POBs or not. Shipping took about 10 days to reach California, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not terrible. My only minor complaint was that the tracking update emails weren't very frequent. I had to go to the carrier's site directly to get more detailed information. Overall, a good experience, but tracking could be better.

I finally got my hands on the new SEVENTEEN 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' album with all the pre-order benefits, and it's perfect! The website was super easy to navigate, and finding the POBs was a breeze. Everything was packed so carefully, no damage at all. It got here faster than I thought it would, too. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a Skzoo plushie! Love this store, they're awesome!
